Empowerment Strategy

Izenzo Outsource is an empowerment Project Management company.

The company has focused its activities on the delivery of project management skills across multiple industry sectors. Our capability to partner with regional authorities is aligned with the Accelerated and Shared Growth Initiative for South Africa, namely:

• Specific infrastructure programmes
• Sector-investment programmes (in particular outsourcing);
• The creation of viable SME's in the modern economy favouring women, the youth and BEE candidates;
• Activation of "value dead assets" (land) for community development and empowerment.

Izenzo can assist in the achievement of the Local Economic Development Strategy through partnership with the regional authorities to deliver sustainable initiatives. Such initiatives would contribute to:

• Increased access to economic opportunities for the local population;
